CARIBBEAN ALLIANCE INSURANCE ABSCA 25 Overs Championship 2013
The Caribbean Alliance Insurance ABSCA 25 Overs Championship 2013 is set to bowl off on Sunday 10th March 2013 at various grounds through-out the island. This is the first year that Caribbean Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd has sponsored this competition. Previously is was sponsored by St. John's Co-operative Credit Union who had been involved with Softball Cricket in Antigua & Barbuda for over 15 years prior to this season. This year the Executive has decided to change the format of play in the League. The competition this year will be played in one division but two zone due to the number of female teams we have in our program. The top two teams from each zone will play in the semi-final stage for a place in the finals. This format will allow for more competitive cricket and more exposure for our members. All games are schedule to commence at 2:20pm promptly.
