Rain Cancelled Well Anticipated Final Week of Play

The highly  anticipated weekend of Caribbean Alliance ABSCA 30 Overs Championship ended without a ball been bowled as all game were cancelled due to rain. Likewise in the St. John's Co-operative Credit Union ABSCA 25 Overs Championship no game could be played. Therefore in the Caribbean Alliance ABSCA 30 Overs Championship the top four spots goes to FDICIC Strictly Business, Friends of Old Road, Asot's Arcade Lion Hill and Bryson's Shipping & Insurance Bullets. 

In the second division of the Caribbean Alliance ABSCA 30 Overs Championship Buckley's 3 J's, Finance and Development Dredgers, Heritage Sports Cracker Jack and Empire Stars will contest in the semi-finals.

 

In the first division of St. John's Co-operative Credit Union ABSCA 25 Overs Championship the top four spots goes to Heritage Sports Targets, Quality Boat Works Enforcers, Friends of Old Road and Antigua Sails Female Flyers. Newly promoted Friends of Old Road, after a shaky start to the championship with two lost ended the season on a good note with three wins and two five points from rain affected games. As a result they secured a spot in the semi-finals. Heritage Sports Targets and Quality Boat Works Enforcers ended their campaign undefeated. A disappointed finish was experience by Bryson's Shipping and Insurance Bullets and FDICIC Strictly Business who both ended in the bottom three. Also newly promoted Sen. Winston Williams Golden Nuts finsihed the campaign winless  and will be demoted to the second division of the said competition next year.

 

In the second division of the St. John's Co-operative Credit Union ABSCA 25 Overs Championship Cool and Smooth Police and East Siders ended their campaign undefeated. Securing the other two semi-finals spots are Pacers Power Pack and Bendals Hot Shot.
